Counselling:

There are no refunds available unless there is an overpayment and the credit needs to be refunded.

Clients are responsible for reading through the Terms & Conditions on the Time-2-Talk Counselling page before their first appointment. This contractual agreement lays the foundation for the work to begin and provides clarity regarding the expectations.

 

To cancel appointments, all clients will need to give a 48 hour cancellation notice for their appointment to be rescheduled to an alternative date. If the notice is less than 48 hours to cancel, the client will need to pay for their session before they are offered another time. Payments can be made via the Booking page and an email confirmation will be sent to the business email address.

KidsTime2Play Books & Affirmation Cards:

There is no refund on the children's story books, activity books or Affirmation Cards.

All products are sold as new and in good condition from the printers. If requested, they are signed and shipped to the customer or the gifted person's address.

We ask all customers to ensure you are satisfied with your chosen product before making a purchase. Your item will be delivered within 7 days if the item is in stock, and depending on your postal service where you livedress in the UK. It will take longer if the address is outside of the UK.
